I’ve had mixed results gardening (esp. here in the north) but for some odd reason it never stops me trying. I look forward to seeing your garden. Always cool to see other peoples setups for their areas.

    Take care,
    Jay

Oh, that pipe is a beaut! Can hardly wait to see your tobacco. It likes what tomatoes like & ashes from the fireplace. Keep it away from tomatoes, since it suffers from same diseases. Also very ornamental. I’m a lazy gardener, but will try to show mine too, which will be midgets compared to yours. I’ve been practicing for 2 years. Fun plant because of its size and even the flowers, which are supposed to be the best part to smoke.

The way I look at it is they are the artist not me. Let the pros do their job.

Nice pipe you did the right thing in giving him free rein. Them colonial pipemakers are up to speed!

Congratulations on a beautiful pipe. Completely agree with giving craftsmen free rein, you’re paying primarily for their taste and what they can do with it.
